Refund Eligibility



  • Refund requests for items purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

    (Custom-built PCs are excluded.)
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-built PCs or special-order items may follow alternative terms.




Non-Refundable Items



  • Custom-built systems are non-refundable once construction has started.
  • Downloadable software, activation keys, and digital products are non-refundable.
  • Services such as installation, setup, labour, diagnostics, or configuration are non-refundable once performed.




Refund Process



  • Contact us by email with your:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the request

  • You will receive return instructions after review.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.




Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was supplied.
  • Tracked and insured postage is recommended.




Damaged or Defective Items



  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability.

Warranty Policy



Highlanderstore provides a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.



Warranty Coverage



  • Hardware defects caused by manufacturing faults within 12 months of purchase.
  • Diagnosis and repair when the system has not been opened, modified, or altered.




Warranty Exclusions



The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:


  • DIY repairs, attempted fixes, or adjustments by the customer or a third party, including:

  • Incorrectly reseating components
  • Removing or refitting coolers
  • Applying or removing thermal paste
  • BIOS adjustments or resets
  • Software fixes affecting stability
  • Any change from the supplied condition

  • Physical damage, misuse, drops, or liquid exposure
  • Software corruption, Windows issues, viruses, or OS errors
  • Installing additional components without approval
  • Overclocking, undervolting, or BIOS modifications
  • Consumables such as cables, batteries, thermal paste, and peripherals



Any system opened or altered without written approval from Highlanderstore is not eligible for warranty assessment.

DIY attempts carried out beforehand can void warranty coverage.

  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty may be voided if the system has been tampered with.
  • Covers hardware only, not software configuration or data loss.
